ݮƵAPP and Corona-ݮƵAPP Unified School District (CNUSD) proudly represented the region at the 25th Annual National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) National Conference, held last month in Los Angeles.
Interim Associate Dean of Educational Partnerships, Kylie Campbell, joined CNUSD colleagues to present the history and growth of the district’s dual enrollment partnership to education practitioners from across the country. Together, they showcased how a shared vision and collaborative strategy are driving remarkable progress.
Both ݮƵAPP and CNUSD are committed to increasing dual enrollment participation to 20% of all high school students in the area. During the presentation, the team highlighted the support services and innovative plans that are helping make that goal a reality. They also celebrated a major milestone—dual enrollment participation has doubled in just one year—and unveiled a vibrant new dual enrollment logo representing the “CNUSD/NC” partnership.
As the President of NACEP’s California state chapter, the California Alliance of Dual Enrollment Partnerships, Associate Dean Campbell also had the honor of welcoming attendees to California for this year’s conference. California was recognized throughout the event for having the largest delegation of representatives in attendance, highlighting the state’s strong commitment to expanding dual enrollment opportunities.
California Community Colleges Chancellor Dr. Sonya Christian delivered keynote remarks on the second day of the conference, celebrating California’s leadership in student access and equity—and proudly announcing that California now has more dual enrollment students than any other state in the nation.
Together, ݮƵAPP and CNUSD continue to expand access to higher education in our community, empowering students to get a head start on their college and career goals. Visit ݮƵAPP Dual Enrollment to learn more.
